FAQ
Have a question? Here are some common onese we've already answered
How do i sign up for a group or sports program?
We offer both sport focused and skill focused programs to help everyone find a core program for their goals. Our skill programs are available year round and do not require a specific week to register. If you would like to sign up for a SKILL program (green on our calendar) use the live schedule to sign up -OR- come in person and have our front desk team help you create an account and pick a program. We offer drop in sessions, or 1 per week, 2 per week, or 3 per week advanved registrations at a discount.
The first week of every month we offer enrollment into our sports specific programs. These programs are more intensive and goal driven which is why we wait to enroll new members during our TESTING WEEK period. To apply for the sports programs you can contact us or join our waiting list using the live schedule. Waiting for testing week allows us to record baseline information on new members and to mark progression on existing members. We also use this week to evaluate imbalances and weaknesses that may exist from playing sports, growing, or just life in general. Because of this, it would be unfair to a new member to jump into the middle of a program and get CRUSHED by the demands, while the members who have worked all month will be held back by our lack of focus on their needs.
Can I bring my child to any program?
Our SKILLS classes can be dropped into just once to try - HOWEVER - we have a maximum capacity for each class. To gurantee a spot in one of these classes you will need to advance register online or be a member and tell our front desk team your planned schedule. SPORTS CLASSES cannot be dropped into and applications are required before testing week to sign up.
How old does my child need to be to attend?
Our programs are broken into 5 primary age categories. Children fitting these age descriptions can sign up for these particular programs.
Youth Development (7-11 year olds)
Intermediate/SKILLS (11-18)
Sports PREP (11-14)
Sports ELITE (14-22)
Professional Development (22+)
How do the contracts work?
All of our contracts have a minimum term. After the minimum term, ALL CONTRACTS become month-month until a new program enrollment occurs. This includes summer and sports programs that have an end date. The majority of our members continue beyond their minimum contract term. By creating a month-month auto renewal members do not have to worry about losing their spot in a program or creating an account debt.
How do I cancel or change my contract?
When signing up for our program you will notice our cancellation or changes clause which states a TERMINATION FORM must be completed and turned in BEFORE the 22nd of each month or auto renewal will occur.
How do I sign up for professional development?
Our professional development program is designed to take college athletes to the next level while giving them an all inclusive training environment. To get a free consultation call or contact us and set up a time to meet with our performance director. Each professional development program comes with access to:
Our top level training (sports performance training, injury resiliance, combine training, sports transfer training)
Nutrition program (pre and post workout fuel, diet plan consultation, weight gain/loss goals)
